Provider Credentialing

All professional providers are subject to a thorough review of education, licensure and professional history prior to being accepted into the Health Choice panel.

In addition to continuous verification of time sensitive credentials, a reappointment process is conducted every three years to ensure continued adherence with credentialing standards that are designed to be compliant with the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).
